Head of Impact, Learning and Policy
We are a growing and ambitious organisation, with a motivated and passionate team who are more determined than ever to reach our target young people and to have a deeper impact on their employment prospects and life chances. A key element of our success will be in our ability to:
- understand and articulate the needs that we are seeking to meet
- effectively demonstrate and communicate our impact
- ensure we are evidence and data-led in our approach
- influence change at every level across all stakeholders
This role will lead and steer the organisation towards these objectives, in order to significantly reduce youth unemployment in west London and beyond. If you have experience of designing and carrying out both formative and summative evaluation and are highly research literate, with experience of working at the interface of policy and research, then we would like to hear from you.
SALARY: £41,250 to £44,500

TRUSTEES x 3
As a growing organisation we are seeking to strengthen our Board through the appointment of 3 new trustees with a passion for supporting young people in to pathways towards meaningful and sustained employment and rewarding careers.
We are particularly looking for trustees who can demonstrate skills or experience in one or more of the following areas to enhance our Governance.
- Finance and accounting
- Local authority
- Education sector
- HR and training
- Central Government and campaigning
We are also seeking Young Trustees (under 25 years old) to represent youth voice on our Board. Ideally this will be someone with relevant lived experience and/or someone who has participated in Spark! programmes.
